Today our Student Council along with Ms Fay and Mr. Corcoran presented Eugene Fox from Bailieborough Cancer Comfort with €700. The pupils organised a Christmas Jumper Day in December and gathered up donations from pupils and staff.
Eugene outlined to the pupils how much these donations help the work of Bailieborough Cancer Comfort and thanked our Student Council for their very important initiative.
He also presented the school with a lovely dolls house. This dolls house was donated to Eugene to auction to raise money.
A very kind anonymous donor paid for it, and then donated it to our school! Our little ones will love this, so thank you very much to the mystery person. We really appreciate this gesture.
